Low-Dose Naltrexone (LDN)
Low-Dose Naltrexone (LDN) is a compounded oral capsule or sublingual tablet that utilizes naltrexone at microdoses (typically 1–4.5 mg).
Initially an opioid antagonist, at low doses it modulates the immune system, reduces inflammation, and supports pain relief and symptom management in chronic conditions.
Medication Information
LDN is widely used off-label to support:
- Autoimmune diseases (e.g., Hashimoto’s, MS, Crohn’s)
- Fibromyalgia
- Chronic fatigue syndrome
- Neuropathic pain
- Long-haul viral recovery
Taken at bedtime, it briefly blocks opioid receptors, triggering endorphin release and immune regulation.
Active Ingredients:
Naltrexone HCl (USP) in a low-dose oral capsule or sublingual tablet base
