A Nice Apothecary ("we," "our," or "us") collects information you provide directly to us, such as when you contact us, submit a prescription transfer request, take our lab quiz, or sign up for our emails or text messages. This may include your name, email address, phone number, and health-related information necessary to provide pharmacy services.

When you take our lab quiz at anicerx.com/labs, your answers about symptoms, medications, the state you live in and your lab history are scored in your web browser and are not sent to us or stored. We receive only your first and last name, email address, mobile number (if you provide it), your text message consent choice, your age range, the lab panel matched to you, your guidance preference, and whether that panel is available in your state. If you request a lab panel, we also receive your date of birth, which our lab partner needs to set up your order.

We use the information we collect to provide, maintain, and improve our pharmacy services; process prescription requests and transfers; communicate with you about your medications and health; send promotional communications (with your consent); and comply with legal obligations including HIPAA requirements.

As a pharmacy, we are subject to the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA). We maintain appropriate safeguards to protect your protected health information (PHI) and will only use or disclose your PHI as permitted by law and our Notice of Privacy Practices. We do not use our email or text messaging tools to store or send lab results or other PHI.

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share your information with healthcare providers involved in your care, insurance companies for billing purposes, and service providers who assist in our operations, all subject to appropriate confidentiality agreements. These service providers include our email and text messaging platform (Klaviyo) and our lab and supplement dispensary partner (Fullscript).

If you opt in to text messages from A Nice Apothecary, we will send you lab tips, reminders and offers at the mobile number you provided. Message frequency varies, up to 8 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase. Reply STOP to any message to opt out at any time, or reply HELP for help. You can also contact us using the information below.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties, except the service providers that deliver our messages on our behalf.

If you sign up for our emails, you can unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of any marketing email. We will still send messages related to orders or services you request.

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies to operate the site and to understand how visitors use it. You can accept or decline non-essential cookies using the banner on our site. We do not place advertising pixels on our lab quiz page.

You can opt out of text messages by replying STOP, unsubscribe from emails using the link in any email, or contact us to ask about, update or delete the personal information we hold about you, subject to the records we are required to keep by law.
